Job description

As a Contract Field Marketing Manager for Carbon Robotics you'll be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will run end-to-end execution for annual events, directly accelerating our sales pipeline through high-impact experiential marketing. This is a 3-6 month contract based in our Seattle HQ.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for 30+ regional events and field campaigns across the US and Canada, managing timelines, logistics, vendors, invoicing, and shipments.
  • Represent the brand on the ground, directing on-site operations, managing event staff, and traveling up to 40% of the time.
  • Ensure precise, thorough lead generation at every event to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to build targeted marketing plans for priority regions, strategic accounts, and specific crop markets.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of marketing assets while sourcing high-value customer testimonials, quotes, and co-marketing opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities For Success:
  • 3+ years of B2B field marketing and heavy event execution experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage simultaneous projects, track progress diligently, and maintain a sharp attention to detail.
  • Confidence leading on-site teams, aligning internal stakeholders, and engaging customers directly.
  • A knack for foreseeing logistical bottlenecks, preventing issues, and constantly improving the event experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time and lift up to 40 pounds of event gear.
