Job description

CarAggio Network is seeking a commission-based Automotive Parts Sales Consultant to recruit qualified automotive businesses into the CarAggio B2B Dealer Membership program.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the B2B automotive parts ecosystem (shops, performance retailers, installers, dealerships, and e-commerce sellers) and can run a disciplined outbound + follow-up process.

This is a commission-only role (no base salary).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new dealer accounts using outbound strategies (phone, email, networking, referrals, follow-ups).

  • Qualify dealers for fit and approval requirements before pushing to signup.

  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery → pitch → objection handling → close → onboarding handoff.

  • Maintain accurate activity and communication records in the CRM (calls, notes, email threads, next steps).

  • Provide field feedback on objections, lead quality, and messaging that converts.

  • Participate in a weekly 15-minute check-in with Marketing/Leadership.

Compensation & Payout Terms

  • Commission: $100 per Approved Signup.

  • Approved Signup: Membership purchase is completed and payment successfully processes and the account remains active through the free membership period.

  • Refund window: 14 days.

  • Commission payout timing: Paid 30 days after an Approved Signup (to account for refunds and the free period).

Leads, Territories & Ownership

  • Territories will be assigned.

  • Inbound leads are logged into the CRM and placed in a shared queue.

  • Territory owners have a 24-hour right of first contact for inbound leads originating in their territory.

  • After 24 hours without documented first contact, the lead becomes open and any rep may claim it (first-come-first-served).

  • Lead ownership is established by documented first contact and ongoing activity in the CRM.

  • If a claimed lead has no documented activity for 7 days, it returns to open status unless a scheduled next step is recorded in the CRM.

Activity Expectations (KPIs)

You will be expected to manage a weekly performance rhythm including:

  • calls/day or calls/week

  • connects

  • scheduled demos

  • proposals sent

  • closes

Exact targets will be provided and may be adjusted based on territory and lead flow.

  • Membership overview / 1-page pitch sheet

  • Pricing/terms, approval rules, and FAQ

  • Objection-handling guide

  • Sales pitch script

  • Approved messaging templates

  • Signup link plus attribution/tracking method
    Tools: CRM system, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive parts sales (B2B preferred).

  • Strong phone-based selling, follow-up discipline, and professional email communication.

  • Comfortable working independently in a commission-only environment.

  • Able to consistently document and manage pipeline activity in a CRM.

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships with shops, dealers, parts retailers, installers, or e-commerce sellers.

  • Experience selling memberships/subscriptions or dealer programs.

  • Familiarity with wholesale purchasing workflows and common dealer objections.
