We’re looking for a Site Manager who’s hands-on, motivated, and ready to lead with integrity. In this role, you’ll manage daily operations, train and support team members, and ensure a consistent, safe, and friendly customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Overseeing all site operations
• Ensure safety protocols are followed
• Lead by example to deliver top-tier customer service
• Support employee training, development, and engagement
• Monitor equipment and cleanliness for optimal wash performance
• Handle troubleshooting and report maintenance needs

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of leadership experience (car wash experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to safety and a positive team culture
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and on your feet
