Car Wash Assistant Manager

Foam & Wash Car Wash has an important and valuable assistant manager position available. We are looking for a mature, responsible person who can provide great customer service and help lead the team. The desire to be a dedicated, energetic team member is essential. We have a history of creating happy customers and now invite you to be a part of our great team. Help drive and energize the customer and team focused car wash business at Foam & Wash.
This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in your leadership and management skills while you earn good pay plus monthly bonus and tips. Foam & Wash Car Wash is a great place to work! The customers are friendly, appreciative, and many of them are long time regulars. You must have flexible availability, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Help provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist the manager in driving company sales initiatives and goals.
  • Support and drive sales to achieve company goals
  • Assist the manager in building an inspired team and in running the business.
  • Supervise, lead, and coach team members throughout our daily operations.
  • Achieve sales goals.
  • Daily maintenance and cleaning
  • Proper cash handling
  • Inventory control
  • Set and achieve daily sales and performance goals.

Qualifications:
  • Prior Sales Experience
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have flexible availability, including weekends.
