Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Attorney of Record to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with appearance attorneys, and paralegals. The role includes filing documents and being the attorney of record for casework on which your team works. Comfort with this model is essential.

Responsibilities:

• File documents digitally where available.
• Delegate filing and case support tasks to appearance attorneys and paralegals as appropriate.
• Provide case updates based on information received from courts, staff, or co-counsel.
• Serve as attorney of record for assigned matters handled by the team.
• Willingness to work across other areas of law, including Family, Immigration, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Employment, Injury, and other plaintiff-side matters.
• Coordinate remotely with internal teams and external counsel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar license in good standing (required). Additional state bar admissions are a plus.
• Admission to one or more relevant U.S. federal district courts is required.
• Experience working with delegated legal teams (appearance attorneys, paralegals, and support staff).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multi-jurisdictional casework.
• No criminal history.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, Slack-based communication environment.
