Job description

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable team members to help create an unforgettable experience for every customer. As a Store Associate, you will assist guests, maintain store presentation, handle checkout operations, restock candy, and help keep the store clean and organized.


Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and create a fun, positive shopping experience
  • Help customers discover and choose candies from our selection
  • Maintain clean and fully stocked candy displays
  • Weigh candy bags and operate the POS system accurately
  • Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times
  • Refill candy bins and monitor product freshness and presentation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Support the team during busy periods and tourist traffic
  • Represent the Captain Candy brand with professionalism and energy

Company Description

Captain candy is the biggest candy retailer in Europe, we rapidly grew with 30+ stores in 4 years. As we start our expansion in the USA, we expect to do even better. This will give a lot of opportunities to our employees. For higher up positions (Manager, Regional Manager, etc..) we like to promote people that have been working with us for some time, instead of drafting a qualified person from outside. This is an amazing opportunity for hard working people to be able to grow with us.
We sell candy by bulk. Our candy is unique in the USA, as we import from many different countries (Spain, Italy, Turkey, Japan, etc...). We offer 120+ different kind of sweets in our stores.
We present our product on wooden barrels and chests inside a pirate ship themed store, this gives our customers not just the best quality of sweets, but also a great nd fun shopping experience.
