Capstone Asset Management

Capstone Asset Management in a real estate asset management company based in Dallas, TX that is in the business of buying, improving, and renting residential properties for long-term appreciation. We acquire and operate these properties on our own behalf and are looking to grow our asset base to 100mm by 2028.

We are looking for seasoned Investor Relations Manager that has a current book of retail investors that are looking for fixed income opportunities that will generate returns of 9-12% and provide a consistent monthly dividend backed by income producing properties.

We are looking for you to market our program to your existing client base as you continue to grow your pipeline. Our product has a successful and demonstrated track record, excellent references, and can even generate returns in a tax deferred environment for your clients if desired. You will have the full support of our business development team, In house attorney, and backroom support team.

This position is a salary and performance position for the right candidate. HAVING AN EXISTING pipeline of clients is absolutely essential for this position.

This does not need to be exclusive, and you can sell additional financial products to your clients as long as you can hit the monthly targets that we agree upon. This can be an in-house position or outside depending on the candidate. THIS POSITION CAN BE PART TIME OR FULL TIME.

Salary range can range from $120,000-250,000+ for the right candidate.
