Job description
Capital Search Group is recruiting a Chief Accounting Officer/Treasurer for a publicly traded company based in McLean, Virginia. Reporting to the CFO, the CAO serves as a strategic member of the senior management team, overseeing global accounting, SEC reporting, technical accounting, and treasury operations, interfacing with the Board and lenders.
The role offers a base of $350K plus bonus and equity, and a hybrid schedule (1 day per week in the office).
