    Job description

    Capital Management Services is seeking motivated and driven Debt Collectors to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with customers to resolve past due accounts by identifying payment solutions that support their financial well-being while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

    As a third-party debt collector, representatives are responsible for handling outbound and inbound collection calls, negotiating payment arrangements, reviewing account details with consumers, documenting collection activity, and maintaining professionalism while working toward individual and team performance goals. Collectors must effectively manage call volume, follow FDCPA guidelines, and maintain compliance standards on every interaction.

    Paid training for this position begins June 15th.

    This is a full-time opportunity with schedules consisting of a combination of morning and afternoon shifts.

    Compensation:

    • Associates Degree or higher: Starting pay of $17.00 per hour
    • No secondary education: Starting pay of $16.00 per hour
    • Uncapped monthly commission opportunities
    • Average monthly commissions range between $1,200 - $1,400, with top performers earning even more

    Training Schedule:

    • Monday through Friday
    • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Two weeks of fully paid training

    We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, professionalism, negotiation skills, and the drive to succeed in a performance-based environment. Prior collections, customer service, sales, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
