No real estate experience is required. If you're comfortable talking on the phone and willing to follow a simple process, this opportunity may be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Contact real estate wholesalers through InvestorLift and Facebook groups
• Use our proven outreach script
• Determine whether wholesalers are interested in partnering with Capital Desk
• Submit interested opportunities through our portal

Our team handles the negotiations, buyers, and deal management.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Commission-only position

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls
