Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This multi-faceted role is responsible for ensuring efficient processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading a safe work environment, and supporting both internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational, technical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the strategic organization of deliveries, optimized storage solutions, and timely dispatch of goods
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to all safety protocols, efficiency and procedures
• Manage the receipt and dispatch of inventory for company products and contract work
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and inventory tracking within NetSuite
• Provide comprehensive training for employees, including key operational tasks such as display assembly, forklift operation, order picking, and pallet construction
• Provide IT support for warehouse shipping computer systems and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Act as a liaison between internal staff and freight companies to ensure smooth logistics coordination
• Manage EDI communications for outbound shipments to ensure compliance with retail and distribution partners
• Supervise and assist with on-site maintenance for the warehouse facility and equipment to ensure a safe and operational environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems; experience with Sage or NetSuite preferred
• Familiarity with EDI processes and freight coordination
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Basic IT troubleshooting experience, particularly with shipping systems
• Valid Forklift Operator license (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks and remain active on the warehouse floor throughout the shift
