Customer Success Team Member

Joining our Customer Success team, you are the ambassador for Campsider: you ensure the sale and customer relationship in writing and by phone in respect of the company's commercial policy.

Specifically, your duties will be:

• You handle information requests from our clients (shipping time, tracking, returns management, etc.) in different languages by phone, chat, email, and WhatsApp;

• You accompany each client until the closure of their file by updating our CRM (Zendesk);

• You are responsible for customer satisfaction and service quality.

You may perform additional missions depending on the activity of the service.
