Essential Job Functions

  • Recondition, detail and interior cleaning of new and used RV units
  • Maintain supplies and keep track of materials, time, and necessary repairs
  • Responsible for completing work to the dealership's high standard of quality
  • Completing all assigned work in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Education:
    1. High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • License & Certifications:
  • Experience:
    1. A minimum of one year detailing experience preferred
    2. Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred
  • Abilities:
    1. Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
    2. Attention to detail
    3. Reliable and strong work ethic
    4. Pride of workmanship and follow-through are essential
    5. Commitment to superior customer service
    6. Ability to work independently as well as on a team
    7. Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
    8. Ability to work in cramped conditions such as in RVs
    9. Ability to withstand vibration from powered hand tools
    10. Knowledge of how to safely handle solvents and chemicals
    11. Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
    12. Ability to stand for long periods of time
    13. Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pound
