ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Part-Time Sales Telemarketer with the Cameron Miller State Farm Agency, your main role is connecting with potential customers, starting conversations, and helping our team generate new business opportunities.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy position ideal for someone who is competitive, motivated, coachable, and not afraid to talk to people all day. You’ll gain real-world sales and business experience while working directly with a growing State Farm agency focused on personal growth, teamwork, and performance.

No insurance experience or insurance licenses are required. We can teach the insurance side — we’re looking for attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and consistency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding auto insurance quotes and related products
 -Start conversations and identify potential insurance needs
 -Generate and transfer qualified leads to licensed team members
 -Schedule quote appointments for the sales team
 -Follow up with prospects through calls and text messaging
 -Maintain accurate notes and customer information within our CRM system
 -Stay positive, energetic, and professional throughout daily call activity
 -Meet daily and weekly activity and production goals
 -Represent the agency professionally and create a strong first impression for potential customers

QUALIFICATIONS
-Strong communication and people skills
 -Positive attitude with a high level of energy and confidence
 -Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
 -Coachable and willing to improve daily
 -Able to handle rejection without losing motivation
 -Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
 -Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined
 -Basic computer and typing skills
 -No insurance experience or licensing required
 -Sales, customer service, athletics, leadership, or internship experience is a plus — but not required.
