Applicant must also be able to read, write, speak and understand English clearly and precisely. Must have no prior court conviction on felonies or misdemeanor offenses. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Under the direction of the Division Supervisor. Adheres to rules and regulations and Cameron County Sheriff Department. Protect life and property and be able to Enforce Federal and State Laws. Patrol rural areas and assist local municipalities. All Reserve Deputy are required to maintain a confidentiality agreement with the department and its confidential records, reports and any other files and information.
