This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about adolescent mental health, family systems work, and experiential therapy models—and who want to make meaningful, longterm impact.

We are actively recruiting for our program in Lake of the Ozarks, looking for candidates seeking a rewarding opportunity or a relocation to a scenic, lowercostofliving community.

Provide Individual, Family & Group Therapy

Manage a Personalized Caseload

  • Maintain a focused caseload of 6–8 clients, allowing for high-quality care, family programming, and ongoing parent coaching

Work in a Multidisciplinary Treatment Environment

  • Partner with therapists, medical providers, nurses, and directcare teams to create and implement comprehensive, holistic treatment plans.

Complete Timely Clinical Documentation

  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and deadlinedriven documentation to support continuity of care.

Provide Developmentally & Culturally Competent Care

  • Use evidencebased practices tailored to the unique psychological needs of adolescents and teens.

Incorporate Experiential & Residential Therapies

  • Utilize Adventure Therapy, Animal-Assisted Therapy, and experiential modalities — including the opportunity to integrate our Golden Retrieverbased canine therapy program into sessions.

Required Licensure (Full or Provisional)

  • Fully Licensed:

    • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
    • LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
    • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • Provisional Licenses (Supervision Provided):

    • PLMFT (Provisional Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
    • LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to establish a CAQH profile
  • Ability to obtain an NPI (National Provider Identifier)
  • Passion for working with teens and young adults
  • Experience with residential treatment, trauma work, experiential therapy, or systemic/relational modalities preferred

  • Access to an established Mastery Program that offers professional and financial opportunities for professional growth.
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.
  • Paid Parental Leave – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.
  • Life & Disability Coverage – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.
  • 401(k) with Company Match – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.
  • PTO & Holidays – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.
