Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients' strengths, challenges, and overall mental health needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to a diverse client demographic, including individuals, families, and groups, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to coordinate integrated care plans that encompass the client's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and assist them in navigating access to community resources and support services to enhance their overall treatment experience.
  • Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development sessions to continuously enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied clientele, addressing mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional skills in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients and their families.
  • A deep commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practices in all aspects of client interaction.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar modalities.
  • Proven track record of working in a team-oriented setting, with skills in collaborative care.
  • Experience in utilizing electronic health record systems to manage client documentation and treatment plans effectively.
