Responsibilities
- Reviewย monthlyย financialย reportsย (P&L,ย balanceย sheet,ย workingย capital)ย andย ensureย dataย accuracy.
- Handleย closingย activitiesย andย analyzeย variancesย inย sales,ย costs,ย andย inventory.
- Partnerย withย sharedย servicesย toย ensureย qualityย andย timelinessย ofย submissions.
- Reviewย balanceย sheetย reconciliationsย andย ensureย timelyย resolutionย ofย agedย items.
- Handleย auditย requirementsย byย reviewingย evidence,ย ensuringย completeness,ย andย liaisingย withย auditors.
- Leadย theย reviewย andย finalizationย ofย localย statutoryย accounts,ย taxย returnsย andย localย audits.
- Monitorย andย approveย indirectย taxย submissionsย inย lineย withย complianceย requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor'sย degreeย inย finance,ย Accounting,ย orย relatedย field;ย professionalย qualificationย (e.g.,ย CPA,ย ACCA,ย CIMA)ย preferred.
- 5+ย years'ย experienceย inย accounting,ย controllership,ย orย financeย operationsย withinย multinationalย environments.
- Strongย knowledgeย ofย P&L,ย balanceย sheetย management,ย statutoryย reporting,ย andย taxย compliance.
- Experienceย managingย auditsย andย workingย withย externalย auditors.
- Strongย analytical,ย problem-solving,ย andย reportingย skillsย withย highย attentionย toย detail.
- Effectiveย collaborationย andย communicationย skillsย forย partneringย withย sharedย serviceย centers.
- Proficiencyย inย complexย ERP/accountingย systemsย andย Excel.
- Fluentย inย English;ย additionalย Europeanย languageย aย plus.
