ABOUT CALDERA MEDICAL

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a territory ownership role. You will be responsible for building and running your business in your assigned territory โ€” calling on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists, conducting in-OR product trials, and converting competitive accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Territory & Account Management

โ€ข Own your territory โ€” build the pipeline, manage the funnel, and meet quotas.

โ€ข Call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists across several sites of care - hospital Ors, ASCs, and office-based settings.

โ€ข Develop trusted relationships and become a valued resource within each surgeonโ€™s team.

โ€ข Conduct in-OR product trials and provide hands-on clinical support.


Competitive Positioning & Growth

โ€ข Identify and convert competitive accounts; grow market share within your territory.

โ€ข Stay current on competitor products and market trends to sharpen your positioning.

โ€ข Leverage CRM to track account activity, analyze trends, and prioritize opportunities.


Customer Success

โ€ข Deliver consistent post-sale service and support that drives retention and referrals.

โ€ข Always represent Caldera with professionalism and high integrity

WHAT WEโ€™RE LOOKING FOR

Required

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree (BS/BA)

โ€ข 3โ€“6 years of outside B2B sales experience with a consistent record of achieving quota


โ€ข Must reside within the [TERRITORY]

โ€ข Demonstrated face-to-face sales experience and strong relationship-building skills.

โ€ข Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in the field

โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

โ€ข Evidence of leadership and competitive drive โ€“ athletics, team environments, extracurriculars


Preferred

โ€ข Experience in medical devices, surgical, or clinical sales

โ€ข Familiarity with hysteroscopy, gynecology, urology, or OR-based selling environments
