What are the job responsibilities?
Reporting to our Clinical Manager, the Hospice Care Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in their final stages of life. This position involves providing direct care and support to hospice patients and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and respect throughout the end-of-life journey.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Patient Care and Support
  • Comfort Measures and Symptom Management
  • Communication and Collaboration
  • Environmental and Safety Support

What do you need?
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification for the state of practice
  • Minimum one-year of working as a CNA in hospice, palliative care or similar healthcare setting
  • Clean driving record, and valid driver's license and auto insurance
