Position Description: JOB SUMMARY
Supports both production and quality functions within the organization. Acts as a liaison between internal departments and customers to support job status.
PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans travelers per customer PO requirements
Generate Certificates of Conformance
Status Parts for customers
Customer service support
Other duties may be assigned as requested by supervisor
PHYSICAL / NON-PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work non-traditional hours, such as overtime, weekends and holidays.
May require long periods of sitting and standing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
Ability to interpret customer contract requirements.
Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, industry Standards.
Strong understanding of internal production/process requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.
