We enable brands and agencies to seamlessly plan, book, and scale campaigns across digital billboards and screens globally. As we accelerate our growth across the US, Europe, and APAC, we are looking for driven individuals that will help take us there.
The Opportunity

We are seeking an Account Executive to take ownership of the full sales cycle, acquire new business, and drive revenue growth across the US market. In this role you will work directly with prospective customers to understand their marketing objectives, showcase the value of the CAASie platform, guide them through their initial spend, and complete handover to the Customer Success team for after-sales support.

The ideal candidate is a confident, consultative seller who is motivated by results and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in an outcome-driven, remote-first environment. You do not need to be handed a playbook—you already know how to build a pipeline, manage a deal, and close.

What You Will Do

  • Drive New Business: Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery and qualification through to contract execution.
  • Engage & Consult: Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and goals, delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to their specific needs.
  • Build the Pipeline: Create and manage a healthy pipeline through a combination of inbound and outbound activity.
  • Close Deals: Create marketing proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage Relationships: Develop relationships with key decision-makers across marketing, media, and business leadership teams.
  • CRM & Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales results and maintain exceptional CRM hygiene and activity tracking in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate Seamlessly: Partner with Customer Success for smooth post-sale handovers and collaborate with Marketing on pipeline generation.
  • Provide Expertise: Develop a thorough working knowledge of the CAASie platform, helping customers interpret campaign data and maximize their value.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 3 Months: Establish deep platform knowledge, set up and consistently update HubSpot, and build an active, qualified pipeline underway across priority target accounts.
  • By 6 Months: Document and establish outreach processes, close and onboard new accounts, and actively manage a strong pipeline with no silent or at-risk relationships.
  • By 12 Months: Meet or exceed your annual revenue target, ensure high customer satisfaction across the sales process, and use forecasting data to inform future commercial planning.
  • Behavioral Excellence: You act like an stakeholder, communicate with clarity, remain proactive rather than reactive, and stay incredibly close to your deals from day one.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • 3 or more years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar quota-driven B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative sales and discovery skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to specific customer situations.
  • Experience delivering software demonstrations and commercial presentations to multiple levels of seniority.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously without losing pipeline discipline.
  • Confident HubSpot user with strong forecasting and pipeline management habits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first environment.

What Will Set You Apart

  • SaaS sales experience in advertising technology, media technology, or martech.
  • Experience selling directly to marketing teams, agencies, or enterprise clients who buy media or technology.
  • A background in a start-up or high-growth environment where you have successfully built a pipeline without heavy marketing or brand support.
  • A genuine interest in the DOOH and ad-tech space, complete with market awareness and opinions that clients can feel during conversations.
  • While the role is fully-remote, candidates based in Florida will be given special consideration.
