The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) provides individualized counseling and therapeutic support primarily to individuals. Operating independently, the LPC develops treatment plans, conducts assessments, and intervenes in crises to promote client well-being. This role emphasizes maintaining confidentiality and thorough progress documentation throughout the counseling process.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual client counseling and therapeutic support
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and diagnose client needs
• Deliver crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
