Join Our Team as a Heavy Civil Concrete Superintendent

CTT Concrete Paving is seeking a highly skilled Heavy Civil Concrete Superintendent to join our team in Pomona, CA. Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of heavy civil concrete construction projects
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and mentor construction crews
• Perform quality control inspections

Required Skills:

• Commercial Construction experience
• Paving and General Construction knowledge
• Experience with Pile Driving and Take-offs
• Strong background in Civil Construction and Reinforced Concrete
• Knowledge of Structural Steel Framework and Highway/Bridge Construction

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Hardscapes and Pipelayer
• Background in Construction Management and Structural Design
• Experience with Construction Drawings and software like Blue Beam.and Procore

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
