Your Role & Responsibilities

• Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines) and residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
• Maintenance: Perform high-quality preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance for our contract clients.
• Installation: Lead or assist in the installation of new heating and cooling systems. Installers will also have the opportunity to work on refrigeration projects and cross-train in service work.
• Customer Excellence: Provide professional, friendly service to our diverse clientele in the RTP, Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill area.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in HVAC/R service or installation.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical troubleshooting.
• Mindset: A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn new equipment (scientific labs, commercial kitchens, etc.).
• Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
