Job Description
Job Title: CT Technologist
Schedule:
- Shift: 5 x 8-hour shifts
- Weekend requirement: Yes - rotating Saturdays 07:00-15:30
- On-call: Yes - one weekend per month
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years acute facility experience required
- Diploma from a JCERT-accredited program (must be verifiable)
- Active/valid license required at time of submission
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), Fluoro certification, CRT, ARRT-CT
- Experience with CT procedures and contrast studies (head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, vascular CTA/PE)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform CT procedures and contrast studies efficiently and accurately
- Administer IV/contrast prep and administration as required
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to optimize patient care
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Compliance / Notes:
- Flu vaccine required - no exemptions
- LA County Fire Card: 4-year expiration card required/strongly preferred prior to start or within 30 days; failure to obtain may result in removal
- Return-to-office/time-off policy: RTO must be 7 days and not within first 2 weeks of assignment
