We are seeking a motivated shift leader to join our Cold Stone Creamery team! You will be responsible for managing the daily operational responsibilities in the store and manage the crew members who work alongside with you in your shift.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers with ice cream creations.
• Supervise crew members
• Assist with training and evaluating employees
• Track weekly inventory.
• Keep store clean at all times
• Build and decorate ice cream novelties like cakes, cupcakes and ice cream cookie sandwiches.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields (Min - 1-2 years)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• servsafe certification preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
