This position will prepare new loan request to submit to loan processing and review file to verify data is complete and meets established standards. Close loans and prepare for booking. Handle telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Order supporting documentationCorresponds with customers daily during processMaintaining the company's accounting practices (e.g., accounts payable and monthly reporting)Maintaining daily loan supportPrequalify clientsClose loan/fund loan if neededPrepare loan package for shipping and bookingInform officer of required documentation for loan renewalsEffectively processing loan requests under minimum level of supervision, by obtaining, verifying, completing, and maintaining the necessary loan documentationHandle loan research issues and questionsEnsures all loan documents are complete, accurate and in accordance with policy
