Description: Caregiver / QMAP – Assisted Living & Memory Care

Location: Littleton, CO (Conveniently near Lakewood, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Denver)Are you looking for caregiver jobs in Littleton, CO — or a rewarding opportunity as a QMAP in senior living? The Gardens at Columbine, part of Stage Coach, LLC, is hiring compassionate Caregivers and QMAP Medication Technicians to provide resident-focused care in our assisted living and memory care community.

Caregiver Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting  
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs  
  • Help with laundry, bed-making, and trash removal  
  • Provide compassionate support in Assisted Living and Memory Care  
  • Communicate effectively with team members via radios  
  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment  
QMAP Responsibilities (in addition to caregiver duties)
  • Administer medications following the “Seven Rights”  
  • Accurately document and reorder medications  
  • Follow Colorado’s QMAP scope of practice and regulations
