Cowboys Enterprise Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Dump Truck Driver to join our team in Greenbrier, AR. Responsibilities:

Operate dump truck to transport and deliver materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, or construction debris to job sites

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe and proper operation

Follow designated routes and delivery schedules efficiently and safely

Communicate with dispatchers, site supervisors, and crew members to coordinate loads and deliveries

Maneuver dump truck in tight or challenging job site conditions with precision

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle

Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred; experience with dump trucks required

Proven experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment in construction or hauling environments

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices

Ability to perform physical tasks including inspecting equipment and securing loads

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
