Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Help customers select vehicles by asking questions and actively listening
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and options
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up consistently
• Handle objections, close deals, and follow the full sales process
• Report daily activities and goals to the Sales Manager

Pay: $3,000 - $12,000/month

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, reliable, and goal-driven with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with technology, phone outreach, and computer systems
