Job description
Location: Orlando, FL - Hybrid
Department: Marketing
At Corkcicle, we believe style and function should never be mutually exclusive. We create products that make every sip better while inspiring people to celebrate the moments that matter. From product launches and partnerships to everyday adventures, our brand is built around experiences worth sharing. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage social media—they help shape the story people want to be part of.
Position Overview
Corkcicle is seeking a creative, technically skilled, and outgoing Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our organic social media presence. This is a highly visible role for someone who combines the instincts of a content creator with the mindset of a strategic marketer.
You will own Corkcicle’s organic social channels end-to-end—from strategy and content planning to publishing, reporting, optimization, and community engagement. You’ll be responsible for translating our brand strategy, product stories, and seasonal moments into content that only Corkcicle could create.
This role is built on partnership. You’ll work side-by-side with our Senior Brand Marketing Designer, who develops our designed social assets. Together, you’ll operate as a creative team—collaborating on concepts, campaigns, and storytelling from ideation through execution—not as a requester working through a creative queue.
authentic to our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Bring the Corkcicle brand to life through original, owned social content that translates brand strategy, product launches, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns into compelling visual storytelling.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, employee stories, customer experiences, trade shows, retail activations, partnerships, and brand events.
Serve as a brand ambassador by confidently engaging with customers, influencers, athletes, partners, and teammates both behind and in front of the camera.
Maintain and continually evolve Corkcicle’s brand voice while ensuring consistency across every social touchpoint.
Stay ahead of platform changes, creator behavior, AI-powered tools, content trends, and emerging technologies, proactively bringing new ideas and educating the marketing team on opportunities relevant to the brand.
Use analytics, audience insights, and performance metrics to optimize strategy, increase engagement, grow audience, and support broader business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, PR, Product Development, Retail, and Partnerships to ensure social supports every major initiative.
Foster meaningful community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content in a timely and authentic way.
Travel as needed to trade shows, sponsored events, influencer activations, photoshoots, retail openings, and other brand experiences to create real-time content.
Continuously test new content formats, storytelling approaches, creator partnerships, and platform features to keep Corkcicle at the forefront of social media.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of professional social media management experience for a premium consumer, lifestyle, fashion, beverage, outdoor, hospitality, or retail brand.
Demonstrated success owning and growing brand-owned social channels through strategic planning, compelling content, and measurable results.
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, content strategy, and community building across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience defining KPIs, building reporting dashboards, interpreting performance data, and translating insights into actionable strategy.
Experience with social management and analytics platforms including Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Later, or similar tools.
Experience leveraging AI-powered creative and productivity tools to improve ideation, content creation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
Strong photography, mobile videography, and short-form video editing skills.
Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling abilities.
Highly collaborative, comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback, and excited to work closely with designers and cross-functional partners.
Willingness to work on-site in Orlando and travel as needed for content opportunities and brand events.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating content that has been successfully repurposed for paid social advertising.
Experience with influencer and creator partnerships.
Paid social advertising knowledge.
Photography or videography background.
Experience supporting consumer product launches.
Passion for design, travel, food, hospitality, outdoor living, and lifestyle brands.
A content creator at heart with the discipline and strategic thinking of a brand marketer.
Naturally curious and genuinely excited to stay ahead of trends, emerging platforms, AI tools, and creator culture—and eager to share those insights with the team.
Outgoing, personable, and confident building relationships with customers, creators, partners, and teammates.
Comfortable jumping into the action, whether that’s hosting a product launch, interviewing a partner, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, or appearing on camera.
Analytical enough to understand what the data is telling you—and creative enough to turn those insights into content that performs.
Passionate about building community, strengthening the brand, and creating work that feels unmistakably Corkcicle—not simply following trends.
If you’re excited to own the voice of a premium lifestyle brand, collaborate with a talented creative team, and create content that inspires people to celebrate life’s moments, we’d love to hear from you.
