YOUTH CARE WORKER
Job Summary:
The Youth Care Worker provides direct care and support to children and adolescents, particularly those in residential settings, juvenile justice systems, or mental health programs. They are responsible for fostering a safe, structured, and positive environment where youth can develop emotionally, socially, and academically.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct Care:
o Supervise and support youth in residential or institutional settings.
o Provide emotional support and mentorship, helping youth deal with personal or social challenges.
o Assist in daily activities, including meals, recreation, and educational support.
2. Behavioral Support:
o Observe and manage behavioral issues, ensuring that youth follow program rules and regulations.

3. Safety and Security:
o Ensure the safety of youth by following established safety protocols and maintaining a secure environment.

Requirements:Qualifications:
