Part-Time Youth Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Youth Program Coordinator (15 hrs/week) to lead youth programming for children and teens ages 818.
Responsibilities include:
Designing structured after-school programming
Supervising basketball court, stage, and computer lab activities
Coordinating staff and volunteers
Building community partnerships
Tracking attendance and outcomes
Ideal candidate:
Experience in youth development or education
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to create safe, engaging environments
Commitment to serving underprivileged youth
Compensation: $20$25/hour based on experience.
