Customer Service Associates are face of the bank, responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly in person, on the phone, and via internet channels. This role includes processing transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy, and promoting bank products and services to meet customer needs while fostering lasting relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or banking experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in using computers and banking software.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Part Time In-Office position within different bank branches. 
• Frequent interaction with customers, team members, and electronic systems.
