Position:
A highly skilled and experienced Certified Payroll Specialist is needed to manage and ensure compliance with all aspects of prevailing wage requirements. These requirements include those related to the Davis-Bacon Act, California's Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) regulations, and related federal, state, and local labor laws. The specialist will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate and timely certified payroll reports for public works projects. They will also ensure proper wage rates and benefits are provided to employees and maintain comprehensive records for audit purposes. This role requires a strong understanding of certified payroll software (e.g., LCP Tracker, DIR system) and experience in a construction, engineering, or related environment.
