Job Overview

CMPC is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our Managing Directors and Commercial Transformation leadership across our International Offices. This role leads the implementation of our Forecast-to-Cash (F2C) operating model, drives increased autonomy and operational maturity across regional offices, and maximizes value capture from joint ventures and strategic partnerships — all in support of accelerating growth and competitiveness in our international business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and consolidation of the F2C operating model across International Offices (governance, KPIs, systems, digital adoption)
  • Act as strategic business partner to Managing Directors — translating corporate priorities into regional execution plans and producing executive-level performance/risk analysis
  • Assess and drive maturity/autonomy roadmaps for regional offices
  • Monitor and maximize value capture from Joint Ventures and strategic alliances


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in commercial, supply chain, planning, or business transformation roles
  • MBA/Master's preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile, or PDCA certification preferred; Power BI proficiency a plus
  • Experience leading regional-scope transformation projects and working with senior executives and multicultural teams
