Climb is headquartered in Nashville, TN with 4 total locations: Nashville, TN (2), Murfreesboro, TN (1) and Bentonville, AR (1). Details Matter

• Arrive on time, physically and mentally ready to coach practice
• Implementation of growth mindset in line with Climb Youth Team Philosophy
• Monitor and execute Climb's risk management procedures
• Mitigate and manage emergency situations calmly and professionally according to our incident reporting process
• Be able to coach at least 5 youth climbers simultaneously
• Monitor and manage the use of Climb equipment
• Be self-motivated: Identify coachable moments and act upon them
• Execute lesson plans created and shared by Head Coach
• Availability to potentially attend one competition each season

• Part time 4-10 hours weekly 
• Must work at least 2 shifts in weekly schedule
• Seasonal re-training and debriefs
• Last minute shifts are often available
