Job description

Clawington of Madison is seeking dedicated Kennel Assistants to join our team and provide outstanding care for our canine and feline guests. This role is perfect for animal lovers who are passionate about ensuring pets are happy, healthy, and safe during their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care to animals, including feeding, walking, cleaning, and enrichment activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all pets in our care.
  • Monitor animals closely and report any signs of illness, discomfort, or behavioral changes.
  • Engage in playtime and exercise sessions to keep pets active and mentally stimulated.
  • Assist with basic grooming tasks and overall hygiene of animals.
  • Work with daycare playgroups, ensuring a safe and fun group dynamic.
  • Support customer service efforts as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of animal care and activities.
Shifts Available:
  • Morning, Day, and Evening shifts
  • Weekend and Holiday availability required on a  rotating schedule.
