Job description

RN - Labor and Delivery (L&D)

Ogden Regional Medical Center is seeking a travel RN for the Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit. This position is for nights and will last for 13 weeks. The shift is from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with three shifts per week for a total of 36 scheduled hours. The start date is July 6, 2026, and the end date is October 5, 2026.

Location: Ogden Regional Medical Center, 5475 South 500 East, Ogden, UT 84405

Unit Information:

  • Number of Beds: 25 LDRP rooms, 4 triage rooms
  • Shift for this position: 5-5 (nights)
  • Call Expectation: None
  • Number of Staff:
    • Day Shift: 1 charge, 1 triage, 6-7 labor nurses, 2-3 postpartum nurses, 1 ward clerk, 1 C.N.A., 1 OB Tech
    • Night Shift: 1 charge, 1 triage, 4-5 labor nurses, 2-3 postpartum nurses, 1 ward clerk, 1 C.N.A., 1 OB Tech
  • Patient Ratios:
    • Labor: 1:1-2
    • Postpartum: 3-4 couplets
  • Type of equipment: EMR CPN and Meditech
