Premier Wholesale Souvenirs Company in Sunset Park Brooklyn is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join its Team.
The best fit for this position must be a self-starter, have the ability to multi-tasking with accuracy, and possess great attention to detail, problem solving skills, communication, and time management abilities. Hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
*Prepare and coordinate marketing material, files, etc... for client meetings and proposals.
*Assist with customer follow ups.
*Data Entry.
*Answer incoming phone calls and facilitate the handling of request for information.
*Route calls to other staff members or take massages when appropriate.
*Support office staff.
Required Skills/Experience:
*Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word and Excel.
*Strong ability to manage multiple task/projects and deadlines simultaneously under minimal supervision.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to organize and prioritize work.
*Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
*Maintain a professional appearance and have a positive, friendly attitude.
