As a Market Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day success and continued growth of CHOP-Soar Autism Center across Pennsylvania. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and wants to make a meaningful impact across multiple healthcare locations. No two days are the same - you might be leading a market-wide operational initiative, improving workflows, supporting a new center opening, or partnering with leaders to solve challenges before they impact families.

About CHOP-Soar Autism Center

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Soar Autism Center have partnered to create CHOP-Soar Autism Center, an innovative model providing integrated early childhood autism services under one roof. Our centers combine naturalistic ABA therapy rooted in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), speech therapy, occupational therapy, and collaborative care coordination to support meaningful outcomes for children and families.

As we continue growing throughout Pennsylvania, we are looking for operational leaders who are excited to build systems, solve complex operational challenges, and help shape the future of integrated autism care. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization where your work will directly influence the experience of children, families, and interdisciplinary teams across multiple centers.

Position Overview

As a Market Operations Specialist (MOS), you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day success and continued growth of CHOP-Soar Autism Center across Pennsylvania.
