CHECKredi is the leading provider of NSF check recovery and credit card processing. We are a full-service payment processing company that specializes in small to mid-size businesses. We work with merchants throughout North America to provide business owners with the most cost-effective ways to accept a variety of payments. Customer Service Representatives make and receive calls from customers to clear their account balances in a friendly environment.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
· Make outbound and receive inbound calls to gather or clarify information with accounts
· Accurately document all information pertaining to accounts
· Interact with internal and external customers in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism.
· Ability to negotiate with customers calmly
· Conduct every call according to the call model
· Possess investigative techniques and processes to identify the true reason for the account to aid in one call resolution.
· Receive research and respond to incoming questions; provide information, explain policies and procedures, and/or facilitate a resolution
· Review, process and verify accounts and account balances
· Professional appearance, demeanor and attitude
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Prior Experience includes enhanced pay
· Fluent Spanish is a Plus but not required – enhanced pay for Bilingual
Must be professional when handling conflict, ability to diffuse situations and be self-motivated
