POSITION OVERVIEW

Artcraft Kitchen & Design is hiring an experienced Kitchen Sales Consultant to manage and convert a high volume of qualified homeowner leads. This role is built for a proven kitchen cabinet salesperson — someone who has already sold kitchens and knows how to run an in-home design consultation, present cabinet options, and close. If that's not your background, please do not apply; this is not an entry-level or trainee position.

This is a closer's role, not an order-taker position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run in-home kitchen design consultations
• Measure kitchens and assess layout opportunities
• Present cabinet, countertop, and accessory options
• Build good / better / best proposals
• Present financing options (Acorn & Enhancify)
• Close deals in-home or within 48 hours
• Maintain accurate CRM notes in Zoho
• Coordinate with BDC for follow-ups
• Identify and refer cross-company opportunities (bathrooms, basements, stone work)

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have (non-negotiable):

• Minimum 2 years of direct kitchen cabinet or kitchen design sales experience — required, not preferred.Applicants without specific kitchen sales background will not be considered, regardless of general sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience running in-home consultations and closing kitchen sales
• Strong closing ability in a high-ticket environment
• Working knowledge of cabinet lines, layouts, and pricing structures
• Professional appearance and communication
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-only role, paid weekly.

• 25% commission on NET PROFIT per kitchen sale
• $200 retroactive bonus per kitchen once 10 kitchens are sold
• (Example: 10 kitchens = $2,000 bonus)
• 10% commission on net profit for cross-company referrals
• Bathrooms, basements, renovations (B&G Construction)
• Countertops and stone upgrades (ACA Stone & Marble)
• No cap on earnings
• Pay: From $700.00 per week

SCHEDULE & GROWTH

• Start part-time with immediate opportunity to go full-time
• Flexible schedule based on appointments
• Growth path into senior sales, management, or expanded territory roles
