What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Sourcing and placing qualified candidates across a range of roles — from reviewing applications to sourcing and placement, you will be an integral member of our branch.
- Working closely with clients to understand what they really need, not just what they wrote in the job description.
- Managing a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting desk with intention, focus, and follow-through.
- Building systems. Building relationships. Building something that lasts.
What You Bring:
- Experience in staffing or agency recruiting — preferably in light industrial, clerical, or professional roles.
- A relentless work ethic and a calm mind.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- The ability to think clearly under pressure and to move quickly without cutting corners.
