Charleston-AMG Specialty Hospital is seekinga PRN Dietitian. The dietitian advises and Counsels inpatient onfood and nutrition. Assesses dietary needs and plans therapeutic diets forinpatients based on patient's current health concerns. Analyses effects ofinterventions. Collaborates with Physician, Nursing and therapists to improvepatient outcomes. Oversees and implements preparation and service of meals forpatients. in the hospital. Responsible for oversight of dietary staff and theirperformance as well as ensuring the dietary department is in compliance withcompany guidelines; state, federal and other governing bodies laws andregulations.  Assures patients are consistently served diets asordered following guidelines for meal times and meal temperatures.

Job Requirements

  • Current Dietitian licensure required in state of practice
  • Continuing Education of minimum hours every year to sustain credentials.
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
  • Additional languages desirable.
