Landscape Foreman – $25-$35/Hour + Overtime Available

4-Day Work Week | Fridays Off | No Weekend Work (Except Snow Events)

CG Services is a small, family-owned landscaping company looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of verifiable landscaping experience
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Train and mentor crew members
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Monitor job quality and productivity
• Assist with snow removal operations during winter months
• Communicate with management regarding job progress and customer needs
