What We Offer

$22–$28 per hour based on experience

Consistent full-time work

No seasonal layoffs

4-day workweek with 3-day weekends (season dependent)

What You'll Do

Perform weekly lawn mowing and seasonal landscape services

Work on high-end residential and commercial properties

Operate commercial landscape equipment safely and efficiently

Deliver quality work and attention to detail

Work closely with crew leaders and team members

Help maintain clean, professional-looking properties throughout the season

What We're Looking For

Reliable and punctual

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Team-oriented and respectful

Willing to learn and grow

Valid driver's license preferred

Landscape experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right people
