ProductManager, Team Member

As Manager, Product Management - Team MemberExperience at CAVA, you'll take ownership of critical team member-facingproduct experiences that support our restaurant teams and operations. Reporting to the Sr Director, RestaurantSystems, you'll partner closely with UX Design, Engineering, Operations, andAnalytics to build thoughtful, intuitive, and tools that enable our teams todeliver great guest experiences every day.

You'll lead product strategy and execution forone or more key areas of team member experience (e.g., in-restaurant systems,operation workflows)), balancing team member needs, business prioirities, andtechnical feasibility to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, usabilityand overall satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Lead theend-to-end product lifecycle for key team member-facing product areas -ensuring solutions are defined, built, tested, and delivere with quality andimpact.

Translate insights from team members, operational data, andstakeholder input into clear product requirements and user stories.

Partner cross-functionally with UX Design, Engineering, Operationsand Analytics to define, cope and prioritize initiatives aligned to strategicgoals.

Drive agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming,and ongoing iteration in close collaboration with design and engineeringpartners.

Define, track, and communicate key product metrics such as adoption,efficiency, usability, and team member satisfaction.

Develop testing and experimentation approaches to validate solutionsand continusously improve the team member experience.

Collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure tools align withreal-world workflows and support restaurant execution.

Contribute to product rodmaps, intake processes, and ongoingrefinement of development practices tto improve speed, clarity, and valuedelivery.

Lead and support junior team members (e.g. product analysts,tehcncial product owners), providing guidance and helping to elevate teamperformance.

Act as a strong advocate for CAVA's team members, ensuring theirneeds are reflected in product decisions and experiences.

Stayinformed on industry trends, restaurant technology, and operator tooling tobring forward new ideas and improvements.

The Qualifications:

5+ years ofproduct management experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, hospitality, orinternal/operational tools.

Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Product Design, Technology, Business, or relatedfield - or equivalent practical experience.

Strongfoundation in agile methodologies, product discovery, and delivering throughiterative development.

Experiencebuilding or supporting team member-facing tools (e.g., back-office processes,POS, or in-restaurant workflows).

Deepappreciation for restaurant operations and the realities of frontline teammember workflows.

Provenability to balance team member needs, operational constraints, and businesspriorities to drive practical, high-impact solutions.

Strongcross-functional collaborator - able to work effectively with Engineering, UX,Operations, and Analytics.

Clear andconfident communicator who can align stakeholders, drive decisions, andnavigate trade-offs.

Experiencewith tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data/reporting platforms.

Passion forimproving the daily experience of restaurant teams and enabling them to dotheir best work.

Physical Requirements:

Abilityto maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and otheroffice equipment

Mustbe able to identify, analyze and assess details

Forcertain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to50 pounds

Abilityto communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

Constantlypositions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food productionsupport or office operations, as applicable

Abilityto work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
