Job description

Are you looking for flexible, meaningful work where you can make a difference every day? Catholic Charities Maine is hiring Independent Support Services Workers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes located in Kittery, Maine. This position will be 20-29 hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help clients remain independent in their homes
  • Provide housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Run errands (groceries, pharmacy, appointments)
  • Transport clients using your personal vehicle
  • Offer companionship and support with daily tasks
  • Follow care plans and complete simple online documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Compassionate, dependable, and respectful individuals
  • Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
  • Strong boundaries and respect for confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person

PAY & BENEFITS:

Starting pay: $17.69/hour
